- Subscription and Billing All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled in advance. You can manage or cancel your subscription directly from your account settings at app.rixai.ai. After cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the paid period. No refunds are provided for unused time.
- Refund Policy Refunds are only available if: The platform was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to technical issues caused by ARTKAT LLC. A formal refund request is submitted to info@rixai.ai. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
- Pay-as-You-Go Option Users can also choose to purchase credits and pay only for actual usage, instead of subscribing. Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
- Changes to Payment Terms ARTKAT LLC reserves the right to update pricing, payment terms, or refund policies. Any changes will be communicated via email and updated on this page.
