   Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal. Refunds are only provided if the platform is unavailable for more than 48 hours due to technical issues caused by ARTKAT LLC, and only upon user request. Refund requests should be sent to info@rixai.ai.

7. AI Usage Disclaimer All AI-generated content provided through our platform is produced by third-party models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.).

   AI results may contain errors, inaccuracies, or offensive content. Users are fully responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the compliance of generated content with applicable laws. ARTKAT LLC disclaims all liability for damages resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

8. Prohibited Content You may not use the platform to generate or distribute content that:

   Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm Contains hate speech or discrimination Depicts illegal activities or child exploitation Spreads misinformation or fraud

9. Data Retention

   User data is retained for up to 3 months after account deletion. Chat history, generated content, and uploaded files are automatically deleted after 6 months of inactivity. Users can request manual deletion via info@rixai.ai.

10. Liability The website and platform are provided on an \”as-is\” basis. We make no guarantees about availability, performance, or suitability for your specific needs. Your use is at your own risk.

11. Changes to Terms ARTKAT LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website.
